Derrick's passing was so sudden. It has rocked us, we are heartbroken. He was loved and respected, a great colleague. When I visit the team in New York from now on it will never be the same. My love and prayers go out to Derrick's family. Know that he was so respected at work, a great guy, you should all be so proud.
